I am planning on taking the general GRE this summer. The only concern I have is when to take it. I know that there will be a revised version start August 1st and I am wondering if I should take it then, or take it before August with the old version. I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for sites where I can make my own vocab flashcards? I saw the post from thekatespanos  sharing her own (which have been enormously helpful -- thanks!), but I'm hoping that the process of typing the definitions out myself will promote memorization.

Hello, I saw something similar to this in the memories but no real answer... I plan on taking the GREs as soon as possible (Aug/Sept) so that I can focus on other aspects of my applications, but do I need to state which schools to send my scores to on test day? So, it's about that time for me. I've been in this community for about a year, watching you all panic and make it in to great schools... it's time for me to prepare for the GRE.

Has anyone else been having problems with the GRE prep site number2.com lately? It keeps telling me my password is wrong, but it won't send me an e-mail to reset it. Also, it won't let me create a new account with a different e-mail address.
